Comprehensive Package

Intensive one on one assistance to take your student through the college application process from beginning to end. Perfect for those who want to plan ahead in order to have a less stressful senior year! The Comprehensive Package includes all of the following:

Approximately 60 Hours of Service

4 Meetings Junior Year (90 minutes), Weekly Meetings Fall of Senior Year (60 minutes), Monthly Meetings Spring of Senior Year (60 Minutes)

Personal Resource for Parents and Students
Answer unlimited questions through calls and emails from both parents and students, provide up to date information and resources regarding college admissions and financial aid, regularly email students and parents with timeline and progress updates

Academic Preparation/Pre-College Planning
Academic Record Evaluation, Support with ACT/SAT Preparation Strategies and Planning, Advice on Summer Enrichment Activities

College List Research and Development
Meet with Parents and Students to Discuss College Expectations, College Visit Planning and Follow-up, Career/Major Exploration, Development of "Right Fit" College List (Reach, Match, and Safety), College Research Tools and Resources

Application Completion
Development of Detailed Timeline and Action Plan for Entire College Application Process, Discuss Early Action/Early Decision Options, Development of Activities Resume, Resume Building and Interview Preparation, Letter of Recommendation Guidance, Essay Brainstorming and Proofing (up to 8 distinct essays), College Application Proofing, Assistance with Common Application, and Monitoring of Deadlines and Materials

Financial Aid and Scholarship Assistance
Information on Scholarships and Scholarship Resources, Brainstorming and Proofing Scholarship Essays, Assistance in completion of Financial Aid Applications (FAFSA and CSS Profile), Monitoring of Deadlines and Materials, Assistance with letter of special circumstances or appeals if necessary, Assessment of Financial Aid Packages and Side by Side Cost Comparison of Colleges

Final Decision and Transition to College

Fast Track Package

The Fast Track is for those who are beginning their Senior Year and have not done much preparation for the college application process. We will work quickly together to make college hopes a reality. This package places more responsibility on the student to finish work at home. I will provide direction, guidance, a timeline, and suggestions for a college list. This package includes all of the following:

Approximately 30 Hours of Service

15 Meetings Throughout Senior Year (60 minutes)

Personal Resource for Parents and Students
Answer unlimited questions through calls and emails from both parents and students, provide up to date information and resources regarding college admissions and financial aid

College List Research and Development
Meet with Parents and Students to Discuss College Expectations, Explore College Options, Development and Research of "Right Fit" College List (Reach, Match, and Safety)

Application Completion
Development of Detailed Timeline and Action Plan for Entire College Application Process, Preparation of High School Resume and Activity List, Advise on Common Application, Discuss Early Action and Early Decision, Interview Tips, Essay Brainstorming and Proofing (maximum of 8 distinct essays), Letter of Recommendation Guidance, College Application Supervision and Proofing

Financial Aid and Scholarship Assistance

Early Planning Session

Specifically geared toward Freshmen and Sophomores wanting to know more about the college admissions process. One family information session for students and parents. Families that utilize the Early Planning package will be guaranteed a spot in the Comprehensive Package once the student begins Junior Year.

1 Meeting Freshman or Sophomore Year (90 Minutes)

Academic Preparation/Pre-College Planning
Transcript Review and Academic Plan, Timeline Overview, Testing Strategies, Activities Review, Advice on Summer Enrichment Activities, and Preparation of College Touring Plan

Transfer Student Package

Specifically geared toward college students wishing to transfer to a different college. Responsibility lies mostly on the student to finish work at home. I will provide direction, guidance, a timeline, and suggestions for a college list. The Transfer Student package can include any of the following:

Phone calls, emails, and time spent researching on your behalf is billable time. Subsequent hourly appointments will only be scheduled if current balance is $0. Payments can be applied to packages if chosen at a later time.
